The OIL 4000B fully automatic infrared spectrophotometer produced by Tianjin Nengpu Technology Co., Ltd. is a specialized analytical instrument for measuring oil in water. 2. Technical principle:
According toHJ637-2018According to national standards, magnetic stirring extraction is used to extract oil substances from water using extraction solvents. Then, a separation membrane is used instead of anhydrous sodium sulfate to isolate impurities and moisture, separating the solution of oil and extraction solvent, and determining the total oil content of the extract. At the same time, the extract can be adsorbed with magnesium silicate, and after removing polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils, petroleum can be determined. The total extract and petroleum content were calculated based on the absorbance A2930, A2960, and A3030 at spectral bands with wave numbers of 2930 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH2 group), 2960 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH3 group), and 3030 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in aromatic ring), respectively. The content of animal and vegetable oils is calculated based on the difference between the total extract and petroleum content.
3. Application scope of the instrument
This instrument is mainly used for measuring oil content in surface water, groundwater, and industrial wastewater.
4. Working structure principle
The OIL 4000B fully automatic infrared spectrophotometer consists of fully automatic operating software, infrared spectroscopy system, and magnetic stirring extraction system. It uses an extraction solvent (CCl4) in a certain extraction ratio to extract oil from water using three-dimensional magnetic side stirring technology. The extraction solution is then filtered through a special filtration device to remove water and impurities before being introduced into a colorimetric dish. The infrared spectroscopy system then analyzes the oil content in the extraction solution. If a special magnesium silicate filtration device is installed, the content of petroleum, animal and vegetable oils can also be measured. Finally, discharge and clean the pipeline. This process is automated through intelligent software, eliminating the need for operators to come into contact with carbon tetrachloride, including automatic sampling, extraction, water and impurity removal, measurement, cleaning, drainage, and data storage.
